Most issues you will encounter with your WordPress site are usually a result of a Theme or Plugin not working properly. Before submitting a help ticket please try these steps.
- Check for updates for plugins or themes that your site is using.
- Deactivate plugins- deactivate your site’s plugins and see if the issue persists.
- Switch your Theme to one of the WordPress default themes: IE- Twenty-Sixteen or Twenty -Seventeen
If you are still experiencing issues with your WordPress site please submit Service Now ticket with the following information. Depending on the issue your support request may take 48-72 business hours to resolve.
- Site admin’s first + last name and email address
- Domain name:
- User’s IP address- To find your IP address type “What’s my IP” into Google.
When you searchwhat is my IPon Google Search, you’ll see the IP address of the computer or device where you did the search. - Screenshot of the error ( if applicable)
- What the user did to receive the error
- When the issue first occurred
